A abandoned workshop with orchard in Reghin was bought by Sonnentor Romania in the city where the first romanian local farmer stared to deliver for Sonnentor Austria. The bio-certified products market in Romania was growing during the 2019 pandemics because people concerned more about quality food. Sonnentor Romania needed a bigger place with the possibility to grow not only as business but also as an educational and touristic spot. The challenge was to integrate an industrial function into the transylvanian landscape and using materials with minimum impact on the environment.
